Refund policy
Thank you for purchasing from Care Quality Group.
Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final once products, digital downloads, templates, toolkits, training materials, subscriptions, webinars, or online resources have been accessed, downloaded, delivered, or received.
Digital Products
All digital products sold through our website and Shopify store, including but not limited to:
- Downloadable templates
- Toolkits
- Policies and procedures
- Training materials
- E-learning courses
- Webinars
- Checklists
- Governance resources
- Digital downloads
are non-refundable once the product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or made available to the purchaser.
By purchasing digital products from Care Quality Group, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Digital products cannot be “returned”
- Access to materials is provided immediately or shortly after purchase
- Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, accidental purchase, lack of use, or misunderstanding of product suitability
Consultancy & Professional Services
Payments made for consultancy services, coaching, registration support, mock inspections, HR support, or other professional services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Where work has been scheduled but not yet commenced, cancellation requests may be considered at the discretion of Care Quality Group.
Memberships & Subscriptions
Subscription services may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.
However:
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused time remaining within a billing period
- Payments already processed are non-refundable
Customers remain responsible for cancelling subscriptions before renewal dates.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered where:
- A duplicate payment has been taken in error
- A technical fault prevents delivery of the purchased product and the issue cannot be resolved
- Care Quality Group determines, at its sole discretion, that a refund is appropriate
Any approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.
